Here's how we do it at Roz:
STEP 1
Set an appointment and talk to our in-house jeweler to discuss the specifics of your jewelry piece. Work directly with our in-house jeweler through one-on-one consultation and discuss every detail of your custom jewelry piece, from concept to completion. These consultations allow for a more personalized approach to ensure that we create a bespoke piece unique to you.
STEP 2
We help you find the perfect diamond or gemstone you envision for your piece. We consider your preference for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, ensuring that the stones align perfectly with your vision. Our goal is to meet your expectations, so we curate a selection of high-quality stones tailored to your design and preference.
STEP 3
We provide Computer-aided designs (CAD) for your custom-made jewelry. To ensure that every detail of your vision is brought to life with precision and clarity, we provide you with highly detailed, 3D digital models of your jewelry design before it is crafted. This allows you to visualize how different elements—such as diamond placement, band shape, or design details—will come together in the final piece. You’ll have the opportunity to review the 3D renderings and make minimal modifications. This is done 3-5 days after the initial payment was made and may only be modified up to a maximum of two times before the final design moves onto production.
STEP 4
Wait for your dream bespoke jewelry to come to life. Once every detail of your piece has been discussed and approved, it will proceed to production which takes about 6-8 weeks. Our expert jewelers use only the finest materials along with high-quality craftsmanship to make sure that we make your vision a reality. During this time, we keep you updated on the progress of your piece, and in no time, it will be ready to be worn and cherished for years to come, knowing that it was thoughtfully crafted just for you.
