ROZ : THROUGH THE YEARS

Roz Jewelry was founded in 2017 by two sisters, Mika and Maine, who shared a deep passion for timeless pieces and a desire to continue a legacy. Inspired by their parents’ love for jewelry and their commitment to helping others find the perfect piece, the sisters decided to breathe new life into the family business.

At the time, Mika and Maine were both working abroad in Macau, China. Despite the distance, they began selling gold jewelry, starting with their personal network of friends and acquaintances. What began as a humble side hustle quickly grew, thanks to word-of-mouth and a steadily growing online presence.

Their journey is rooted in family, love for the craft, and a genuine commitment to helping every client feel special through jewelry that tells a story.

As the business grew, Mika made the decision to return home to the Philippines to manage Roz Jewelry full-time. Meanwhile, Maine remained in Macau for a few more years, using the opportunity to explore both local and international markets for the brand. This dual-location setup turned out to be a smart move, it allowed the sisters to build a more stable foundation for the business and expand their reach beyond borders.

Eventually, the rest of their siblings saw the potential and promise in Roz Jewelry, and they chose to invest in the business as well. Their combined efforts helped make Roz more sustainable and prepared for long-term growth.

Then came 2020, a year that brought challenges no one could have predicted. The pandemic affected countless businesses around the world, and Roz was no exception. But despite the uncertainty, the brand was fortunate. Loyal clients continued to trust them, and new customers discovered the brand at just the right time. With everyone spending more time online, Roz Jewelry experienced a surprising surge in sales, proving once again that genuine relationships and trust are the heart of their success.

As Roz Jewelry continued to evolve, the brand carved a niche in creating bespoke pieces specializing in engagement and wedding rings that mark life’s most meaningful moments. Alongside custom designs, Roz also expanded its collection of fine jewelry, offering refined pieces made to elevate your daily wear.

By 2022, Roz took a bold step forward by participating in local events, starting with wedding and bridal fairs. This strategic move allowed the brand to connect directly with soon-to-wed couples and showcase the craftsmanship behind each piece. It proved to be a valuable turning point boosting visibility and opening doors to new opportunities. Since then, Roz has made it a tradition to join events annually.

In its pursuit of excellence, Roz also began taking part in international jewelry fairs. These global events not only help the brand stay inspired and innovative, but also provide opportunities to meet new suppliers and better serve clients’ evolving needs both locally and abroad.

By September 2024, as market trends shifted and online shopping became more prominent than ever, Roz Jewelry embraced live selling as part of its growth strategy. This move was designed to accommodate clients who preferred to shop online or couldn’t visit the store in person. Live selling not only improved accessibility but also opened doors to a wider, international audience—without having to step outside the country.


This digital expansion sparked an idea: Why not also cater to a market looking for beautiful gold pieces, not limited to diamonds alone?

And so, in December 2024, Roz officially launched its sister brand - Roz Charm. This new line focuses on 14k and 18k gold jewelry, offering more affordable, everyday luxury for a broader audience. Whether you’re looking for dainty or minimalist design, Roz Charm was created for those who want to elevate their daily look with investment-worthy jewelry.

By February 2025, Roz Charm participated in its first jewelry fair marking its entrance into the larger jewelry market. The brand quickly began to gain traction online, drawing in new clients and carving out its own space in the industry. With its own dedicated social media presence and a feature on Roz Jewelry’s website, Roz Charm continues to grow and evolve, bringing accessible elegance to clients near and far.

As Roz Jewelry continued to grow and participate in more jewelry fairs both locally and internationally, the demands of the business naturally increased. What started as a two-woman team run by Mika and Maine soon evolved into something bigger. To keep up with the expanding operations, they decided it was time to build a team.

They brought in individuals to focus on different areas of the business—from logistics and marketing to client service and production.

This move proved to be a valuable step forward. With each team member bringing in their own strengths and dedication, Roz saw just how powerful collaboration can be. When passionate people come together with a shared vision, it leads to outstanding results.
